Andrew Weiland and Alex Zank join Arthur Thomas to discuss a busy news item in Milwaukee metro commercial real estate. There was the mixed-use tower proposed by John “Johnny V” Vassallo in Wauwatosa, the third iteration of a project that has angered some local residents. Alex also announced the sale of the Chase Tower in downtown Milwaukee to a New York investment firm that recently made another major purchase in the area. Mark Irgens also announced at the BizTimes Commercial Real Estate and Development Conference that his company is under contract to purchase the former Boston store in Brookfield Square.
